If the White House has done anything in the last eight years, other than big pieces of legislation like the ACA, it has definitely stepped up in the IT world. Moreover, I found myself recently going back to Usability.Gov every so often for references. A pretty solid resource for UX and User Research, and that surprises me. Considering the government can hardly get anything done anymore, this site seems like a win.
